- Clinical Experience: A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience is required, while 10 years is a plus.
- Specialty Skills: Proficiency in pain management is highly valued. If you have a specialty in areas such as eye diseases, skin issues, emotional health, or facial rejuvenation, it is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to Learn: Willingness to participate in yearly training sessions in China to stay updated with the latest techniques and treatments.
