10-Day TCM Study Trip Program Policies

The following policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all participants. By enrolling in the program, participants acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below. 

•  A USD $600 deposit is required to reserve a spot in the program.
   
• Enrollment is not confirmed until the deposit payment is successfully processed.
   
• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
   
• Early Bird pricing applies when the full Early Bird amount is paid by 45 days prior to the program start date (5/15/2026).
   
• Payment plans may be available upon request. Regardless of payment plan arrangements, all program fees must be paid in full prior to the program start date.
   
• Accepted payment methods may include credit card, ACH transfer, or Zelle. Credit card processing fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the participant.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. The following cancellation and refund policy applies:

• 90 days or more before the program start date: 100% refundable
   
• 45 days or less before the program start date: 50% refundable
   
• 30 days or less before the program start date: Non-refundable
   
• No-show or early departure: Non-refundable
   

If the organizer cancels the program, all payments will be fully refunded.

• Participants are responsible for obtaining any required travel documents, including passports and visas.
   
• Visa requirements vary by nationality. Support documentation (such as an invitation letter) may be provided when applicable, but visa approval is not guaranteed.
   
• Participants are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate travel and health insurance, including coverage for medical care, emergency evacuation, trip interruption, and personal belongings.
   
• The program organizer is not responsible for costs, losses, or disruptions related to travel delays, visa issues, medical needs, or personal circumstances.

•  Participants are expected to follow all program guidelines, hospital regulations, and local laws during the study trip.
   
• Respectful conduct toward instructors, staff, fellow participants, patients, and local communities is required at all times.
   
• The organizer reserves the right to remove a participant from the program for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.
   
• Failure to attend scheduled activities, late arrival, or early departure does not qualify for refunds or credits.

 By enrolling in the program, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above policies.
